Users are responsible for accurate account information, lawful use of the service, and protecting access credentials. Workspace owners control who may access their rental records.

Smart Lease provides operational record-keeping tools. It does not replace legal, accounting, banking, property-management, or professional advice.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, interfere with its security, upload unlawful material, or access information outside their authorized workspace.
Availability and changes
Features may change as the service develops. Final subscription, liability, termination, dispute, and governing-law terms remain to be completed after legal review.
