Rent collection remains manually reconciled because online checkout and rent gateways are not yet available in the current pilot release. There is no online payment collection in the current release.

Tenants do not pay for portal access. Tenant portal access is included as a plan feature, while plan access and payment are confirmed manually before activation during the pilot.

What happens when I outgrow my plan's unit limit?
